Key Responsibilities
Achieves sales targets by interacting with customers via telephone
to sell products and services
Demonstrates consultative sales techniques to identify customer
needs and provide tailored solutions
Educates customers on products and services while maintaining a
positive and professional demeanor
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and
weekends
Proficient in navigating multiple screens and data entry
applications
