A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior System Administrator

As a Senior System Administrator, you will:

Administer and optimize Windows, Linux, and macOS systems across both physical and virtual environments.
Implement, manage, and maintain virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Perform regular updates, patch management, and system upgrades to ensure optimal system performance and security.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex issues proactively to minimize downtime.
Juniper Network Administration:
Manage and maintain Juniper network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot Juniper network gear to ensure seamless connectivity and security across the organization's infrastructure.
Perform network performance tuning, monitor network health, and ensure reliable network performance.
Design and implement secure network architectures using Juniper technologies.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure the implementation and enforcement of security protocols to safeguard infrastructure, applications, and data.
Administer and support firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, and encryption technologies.
Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation of potential security risks.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
Disaster Recovery & Backup:
Design, implement, and regularly test disaster recovery and backup solutions to ensure business continuity.
Manage backup systems and ensure data integrity, accessibility, and rapid recovery in case of failures.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Lead and execute IT projects, including server migrations, network upgrades, and the integration of new technologies.
Collaborate with other technical teams to implement infrastructure solutions that support business objectives.
Provide strategic input and guidance on infrastructure planning and technology adoption.
Client & Team Collaboration:
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support to internal teams and clients.
Mentor and guide junior system administrators, helping them grow and develop their technical skills.
Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document systems, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.


The ideal candidate will have cloud services, compliance, Juniper Network Administration.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $90k - $110k annually.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
