What You'll Be Leading

Quality Strategy & Execution

- Own the quality function across operations, from incoming materials to final product release

- Build, refine, and lead robust systems that prevent defects and ensure top-tier performance

- Standardize and optimize inspection protocols, audits, and reporting practices

- Identify root causes of issues and implement long-term fixes that drive measurable improvement

Customer Confidence & Supplier Reliability

- Be the go-to problem solver when customer issues arise - with fast, data-driven resolutions

- Strengthen trust and satisfaction through proactive quality enhancements

- Partner with procurement to assess, coach, and hold suppliers accountable to quality expectations

Innovation Support & Lab Oversight

- Guide product validation efforts for new launches and formulation changes

- Direct lab testing strategies and support R&D with quality insights during development

- Ensure all test protocols, documentation, and results meet regulatory and internal requirements



Team Development & Process Improvement

- Lead and mentor a dedicated quality team with a focus on continuous learning and accountability

- Introduce and embed lean principles and Six Sigma tools to streamline processes and boost consistency

- Monitor trends in compliance, industry certifications, and global best practices to keep the organization ahead



What You Bring to the Table

- 10+ years of progressive quality leadership in a manufacturing setting

- Deep knowledge of quality frameworks such as ISO, IATF, SPC, and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)

- Strong experience with product testing, process optimization, and supplier quality programs

- Confidence in working directly with both customers and vendors on issue resolution

- Sharp problem-solving skills, hands-on leadership style, and a knack for cross-functional collaboration

- Comfortable traveling up to 10% for customer site visits and strategic quality reviews
