audience. We are searching for a Creative Director of Social Media
who is passionate about pushing boundaries and crafting compelling,
innovative content that resonates with diverse audiences.This role
involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure
that all social media initiatives are in lockstep with our broader
brand goals. By identifying emerging trends and platforms, this
person will maintain our competitive edge, boost brand recognition,
and deepen audience engagement, encouraging meaningful connections
with our target consumers.The role is located in the following
office locations (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA)

- Creative Strategy Development: Spearhead the creation of
strategic, brand-aligned creative initiatives based on target
audience insights and industry trends. Deepen understanding of the
brand's voice to ensure consistency across all social
platforms.
- Content Ideation and Creation: Produce original and culturally
resonant content across various formats such as videos, graphics,
animations, and interactive experiences.
- Content Calendar Management: Collaborate with the Marketing
Social Media team to manage a comprehensive content calendar,
planning strategic distribution to enhance reach and
engagement.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of creatives,
providing direction, feedback, and mentorship to foster an
innovative and cooperative work environment.
- Campaign Management: Oversee social media initiatives from
concept to execution, aligning with brand goals and KPIs, and
adjusting strategies based on performance analytics.
- Community Engagement and Management: Develop engagement
strategies and maintain communication with the community,
influencers, and partners to strengthen relationships and boost
brand visibility.
- Budget Management: Work with marketing, creative heads, and
finance teams to oversee the social media budget, ensuring
efficient resource allocation and optimal return on
investment.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest trends
and technologies in social media, using these insights to keep our
strategies ahead of the curve and competitively relevant.What you
