Job Description:
A company is looking for an Actuarial Director - Markets to lead
regional actuarial teams in reserving and forecasting for the
Medicare Advantage business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers to oversee reserve setting across
markets
Analyze medical margin by market and report findings to senior
leadership
Standardize processes and reporting across market teams while
collaborating with various departments
Required Qualifications
8+ years of actuarial experience with demonstrated leadership
capability
ASA or FSA designation
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Economics, or a
related field
Experience with Medicare Advantage and the bidding process
Proficiency with Excel and SQL
